Frequently asked questions

Search or filter by topic. If your question is about a specific transaction, your account's activity and notifications show its current status.

Where do the plans on this site come from?

They're read live from the platform. Only plans an administrator has published appear, and you see the same published version you would accept in your account.

Plans and returns
How is a plan's return calculated?

From the plan's published return method, rate, term and management fee. The public calculator calls the same server-side engine as the in-account preview — nothing is estimated in your browser.

Plans and returns
Can a plan's terms change after I invest?

Not for your investment. The plan version you accept is recorded when you confirm. Later edits to a plan apply only to new investments.

Plans and returns
Does a market chart affect my plan's return?

No. Market widgets are third-party reference data. Your contract is calculated only from the plan's published terms.

Plans and returns
Is my return guaranteed?

No. Capital is at risk with every plan, and a stated rate is not a guarantee. Read the risk disclosure before investing.

Plans and returns
Where should I send a deposit?

Only to the destination shown inside your signed-in deposit page at the moment you fund. Methods can change, so never reuse details from an old message or screenshot.

Deposits
Why is my deposit still pending?

Deposits move from waiting for your transfer, to waiting for confirmation, to being checked. Your wallet is credited only when the deposit is approved. The status guide explains each step.

Deposits
What if I used the wrong crypto network?

Stop and contact support before sending anything else. Funds sent on a network the destination doesn't support may not be recoverable, which is why the deposit page shows the network explicitly.

Deposits
Do I need to keep a receipt?

Yes. Keep the bank reference, receipt or transaction hash until the deposit is approved. It may be requested as proof.

Deposits
What happens to my money when I request a withdrawal?

The amount is reserved straight away so it can't be spent twice. If the request is rejected or cancelled, the reservation is released back to your available balance.

Withdrawals
Who approves withdrawals?

Withdrawals are reviewed by an administrator. Amounts at or above a set threshold need approval from two different administrators.

Withdrawals
Can I withdraw while an investment is active?

You can withdraw from your available balance. Money committed to an active investment returns to your wallet according to that plan's terms.

Withdrawals
Will anyone from the platform ask for my password or codes?

No. InvexAssets staff should never ask for your password, two-step code, backup codes or screen access by email, chat or phone.

Security
How do I know a sign-in wasn't me?

Successful sign-ins can send an alert email. If you don't recognise one, change your password and review your active sessions straight away.

Security
Should I turn on two-step verification?

Yes. It adds a second code from an authenticator app for sign-in and sensitive actions, such as changing payout destinations.

Security
Why do I have to verify my email?

Money can't move until your email is verified. It confirms you control the address that receives alerts and password resets.

Your account
Can I download statements?

Yes. Statements and the full activity history are available from your account.
