How your account is protected, how to tell genuine contact from fraud, and exactly what to do if something doesn't look right.

How your account is protected

  • Server-side authorisation

Every balance, deposit, investment and withdrawal request is checked on the server — hiding a button is never the only control.

  • Two-step verification

Add an authenticator-app code to sign-in and sensitive actions, with backup codes for when your phone isn't available.

  • Sign-in alerts

Successful sign-ins can trigger an email, so access you don't recognise stands out.

  • Session control

See your signed-in devices and sign all the others out in one step.

  • Reviewed withdrawals

Withdrawals are reviewed by people. Amounts at or above a set threshold need two different administrators.

  • A ledger, not a counter

Balances come from double-entry ledger records. Corrections are new, approved entries — history is never edited.

We will never

If anyone claiming to represent the platform does any of these, it isn't us. Stop and don't reply.

  • Ask for your password, two-step code or backup codes.
  • Ask you to install screen-sharing or remote-access software.
  • Send deposit details by chat, social media or text message.
  • Promise a guaranteed return or pressure you to invest quickly.
  • Ask you to pay a fee to release a withdrawal from outside your account.

If something looks wrong

Act in this order. Speed matters more than certainty — you can always undo a password change.

  1. Stop

Don't send money, share codes or click further links.

  2. Change your password

Use the forgot-password page if you can't sign in.

  3. Sign out other devices

From your security settings, end every session except this one.

  4. Turn on two-step verification

If it's already on, create new backup codes.

  5. Report it

Tell support what happened, with dates and any references. Never include passwords or codes.

Check before you act

Review your security habits, or compare an address before you send. Both run entirely in your browser.
