Choose or add the payout destination available to your account and confirm the details carefully before submitting.
Review available and reserved balances
Some funds may be invested, reserved or otherwise unavailable. The ledger-backed wallet determines what can be requested rather than an editable display total.
Submit the withdrawal request
Enter the amount, review the destination and complete any required two-step verification. A successful submission means the request exists; it does not mean money has already been sent.
Follow status changes
Use in-app and email notifications plus activity records to track review, approval, rejection or completion.
Reconcile the completed payout
When a payout is completed, compare the platform record with your bank or wallet receipt. Keep statements for your own records.
